What about us?
Everyone has a cause right? Something they'd like to say. Something they'd get loud about, stand up for, or be maybe even act a fool over. I suppose this would be my contribution to that.
Mental health.
More specifically, the type that stems from childhood trauma and how we develop in these areas of the brain.
The effects it has on us as adults is tremendous and horribly unrealized.
We can do more, we can learn how.
